Auction Raffle

We want to make this the biggest year yet for the most raffle tickets sold and we need your help to do it! Families as well as individual classrooms can reap the rewards by SELLING TICKETS, TICKETS AND MORE TICKETS!!

We will be sending home an information packet specifically outlining the details of the raffle. In short, each family will get six (6) books, each containing 10 tickets. Therefore, every family is being asked to sell at least 60 ($1) tickets if not more. Our goal for this year’s raffle is $15,000 Dollars. If we meet this goal then the Friday before Memorial Day (May 23rd) will be a DAY OFF!!!

Prizes for this year’s winners are: 

·         First place prize:       $2,000 in cash                Fourth place prize: $100 in cash

·         Second place prize: $1,000 in cash                  Fifth place prize:   $100 in cash

·         Third place prize:      $750 in cash                   Sixth place prize:  $100 in cash

Classroom and Individual Selling Prizes

          Pre School – 5th Grade – Top Selling Classroom Prizes

·         First Prize – Ice Cream Social

·         Second & Third Prize – Movie/Popcorn Party in classroom

Academy – Meeting Family Quota Prizes - any Academy student who sells their family quota of tickets will be entered into a drawing to win the following. (For each additional 60 tickets sold they will get and extra entry in the drawing.)

·         8th Grade - Cedar Pointe ticket

·         6th & 7th Grades - $25 iTunes Gift Cards

Early Return Incentives

Anyone who sells their family quota of tickets (60) and returns them to the school with payment by Thursday, April 17th will have a special incentive opportunity! A child from that family will be able to pull a candy bar from a basket which may have a $1, $5, $10 or $20 bill hidden underneath its wrapper. This pull will take place on Monday, April 21st.  Additionally, if your family sells 100 or more tickets by April 29th they will be allowed to pull from the basket of candy bars that will have increased amounts of $50 and $100 bill(s) added to the amounts above.  This drawing will take place on Friday, May 2nd.

Each week there will be a posting on the status of highest classroom and family sellers displayed every Monday. Therefore, all tickets in a given week must be turned in to the teacher every Friday during the sales season. Please note the location of the display area will be announced soon.

We also may have opportunities for families to sell their tickets either at the Michigan Catholic Credit Union or after Masses on the weekend.
